Wide awake

It's 11:00pm here and I'm wide awake because it is only 1:00 in the afternoon back in Sydney. The rest of the household are all tucked up asleep in their beds. I have done surprisingly well today and have experienced nowhere near as much "Payback" as I had the last time I travelled.

I spent the day on my own and was able to let my body flow through the processes it needed to. Resting, jerking, sleeping, headache, laboured breathing, nausea, all have come and gone. I am sure that staying on the oxygen through last night and most of today has been the key in it all. I have my Oxygenator set to one litre per minute, the lowest setting on the machine. It seems that the consistency is more important in bringing me through then the higher setting of oxygen.

I was also careful about my B12, giving myself two injections while I was on the planes and another one this morning.

Tomorrow I will need to place an order with iHerb for the vitamins and supplements I take morning and night. All this plus Oxygen, AquaForce, Vitamin B12 injections and Magnesium.

I am hoping to venture outside for a little while tomorrow. The weather is warm and it is so very peaceful here. I am glad I came. Glad I put rest to all my fears and worries.

I haven't yet mentioned the staff of American Airlines. After the hassles with their call centre, I am pleased to say the staff at the airports and on the plane were fabulous. I was treated very well and experienced much genuine kindness.

Thank you.
It really is nice to be away from the Winter. I love the sunshine, it lifts my mood.
