Yesterday

Yesterday I decided to stop taking the D-Ribose. I'm not exactly sure what was going on but I had definitely started on a downhill slide. Exhaustion, muscle aches and pains, a continual headache, nausea and dizziness.

I realised that I was breaking one of my own rules about not changing two things at once.

As the day went on and I was feeling worse it dawned on me that, not only had I starting something, I had also stopped something. My Vitalyte (AquaForce) order hadn't arrived and it had been three days since I had been able to have any.

I have been feeling a little better today and have decided to wait until I am settled back on the AquaForce again before retrying the D-Ribose.

It's late and I must get to bed, will write about today tomorrow!
