I have put in a number of internet orders since arriving here. Most of my vitamin and mineral supplements will be arriving any day now from iHerb. I am amazed at how much cheaper they are compared to buying at a health food store in Australia.

I'm also waiting on my order for Vitalyte. Because I have Fructose Malabsorption I order the Cool Citrus flavour.



Again, it is much cheaper to order it here than buying it in Australia. Why this should be the case, I don't know.
